Insurances

Workers Compensation:

We do accept workers compensation cases. Please bring your workers compensation insurance information to your first appointment.

We are also a provider for US Department of Labor Workers Compensation FECA OWCP (for US Postal Service and Federal employees)

Health Insurance:

We are currently in-network providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO.

We are considered out-of-network for all other insurance plans.

Please note that mental health benefits may be handled by a different company than your medical benefits. For example, if Blue Cross is your medical insurance, you may have another company handle the mental health payments. Be sure to contact the customer service number on the back of your insurance card to verify coverage for mental health benefits.

Self-pay:

Many people prefer to self-pay for services, rather than submitting charges to insurance or other third party payors in order to maintain confidentiality. We accept cash, checks, or major credit cards for self-pay patients.
